Grievance disposal: Maati Earthcraft is committed to resolving any complaints or disputes in an efficient and transparent manner. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Customers may also escalate unresolved disputes to appropriate consumer courts as provided under Indian law
